"Delivery took longer than it should have"
I ordered from shopacler.com and the shipping was frustrating. The delivery took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just left guessing when it would actually show up. The item did arrive in okay condition, but the whole shipping process was annoying. I’m sure other customers would appreciate clearer updates and a more reliable delivery timeline.

I reached out to support and didn’t hear anything back for days. I get that things can get busy, but come on now, leaving a customer hanging that long is disappointing

"Returning it was way more annoying than expected"
I thought returning my order would be straightforward, so maybe I assumed too much. In my head, return = send it back, get refund, done. But this ended up being such a hassle. The refund took ages, and I kept having to chase them just to figure out what was going on. The replies were slow and kind of vague, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. Based on this experience, I’d probably avoid ordering again unless they seriously improve the returns process.

I ordered my usual size from shopacler.com, even checked the size chart like I was supposed to, and somehow it still fit totally wrong. The waist was way too tight, but the top was loose in this awkward way, so the whole thing just looked bad on me.
It was frustrating because I feel like I did everything right before buying, and I still ended up stuck with something I couldn’t really wear. Returning it felt like another headache I didn’t have the energy for, so I just felt kind of defeated about the whole thing.
Maybe I was just unlucky, but I don’t think I’d order clothes from here again. If fit matters to you, I’d be careful, because the sizing really didn’t feel reliable to me.
